Where We Work
We are a licensed California contractor (CSLB C-12 License No. 973829) performing spray-injection pothole repair for public agencies and private property owners. We have operated in the United States since 2007 and are registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations. We are based in Chula Vista and have performed public contract work in Northern California, Southern California, and, in one case, outside the state. The sections below list where that work has actually been performed. For any other location, contact us and we will tell you whether we can schedule it.
Scheduling depends on where our crew and equipment are already committed, so naming a specific location is the fastest way to get an accurate answer.
By Region
Northern California
The current on-call contracts in Northern California are with the City of Vallejo, since 2022, and the City of Stockton, since 2026. Vallejo is in Solano County and Stockton is in San Joaquin County. Both are public agency contracts, performed on an on-call and as-needed basis under each city's traffic control requirements.
Southern California
We are based in Chula Vista in San Diego County. Public contract work in Southern California has included Los Angeles County and the cities of Commerce, Compton, Lynwood, Cerritos, Ontario, and Chino, along with Caltrans District 11 in 2018.
Outside California
We have also performed public contract work outside California, including a contract with the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, in 2022. This work used the same spray-injection method and equipment as our California contracts.
Public Agencies and Private Property
We work with both audiences. Public agencies use us for on-call and as-needed pothole repair under municipal contracts. Private property owners use us for parking lots, HOA and private roads, truck yards, and other pavement on their own property. The method and equipment are the same either way; only the contract type differs.
